PHOTOCOPYING & LAMINATING

Stop by our office anytime to get your photocopying done here. Main sizes: 8.5×11 (copy size) and 11×17 (tabloid size). Colour or black and white. We can also laminate documents. Card size, letter size, and tabloid (menu) size. Please allow a business day for laminating. Our two machines move between the Killam and Viking offices as needed. If not available same day, it can be done next day when machine is returned. 

EVENT PROGRAMS

Since revamping the Killam Rodeo and Killam Wheat Kings programs in 2014, Caribou Publishing has earned a reputation as being an affordable, community-minded, and top quality outlet to have your event programs designed and printed. We understand that sports teams and non-profit groups operate with a limited budget and we typically only charge for the printing and set up. We donate countless hours of our time designing and laying out event programs so that teams, participants, spectators, organizers, and coaches can be proud to keep them forever. CALL US FOR AN ESTIMATE. It is recommended program opportunities be confirmed with our staff about a month in advance, with files and information dropped off at least a week in advance. We essentially need to clear our schedules for a few days with program jobs, and aren’t always able to accommodate last minute requests. 

PAPER SUPPLIES

Our office almost always has copy paper and tabloid paper in stock. Buy a ream (500) or a whole case. We also carry or can order in multiple types of envelopes, coloured paper, cardstock paper, photo paper, and more. Check availability – our in-stock quantities may vary depending upon need or if a recent print job depleted our supplies. Ordering in supplies only takes 1-2 business days unless out of stock. 

PHOTO REPRINTS

Did you like a picture in our paper? Buy a reprint for $10. Or get a digital copy. $5 for a digital photo, or $35 with a set including a USB stick. Call or email ahead to see what’s available. (Some event photos don’t turn out well due to poor lighting, malfunctioning equipment, etc. which would limit the amount of outtakes available for a specific event or gathering.)

CUSTOM LAYOUT OR GRAPHIC DESIGN

There’s only so far you can get with Microsoft Powerpoint before you need to ask for help! Luckily, our Publisher has been doing graphic design for 20 years and our staff uses modern design software. Whether you need some help modifying your logo, designing a banner for Facebook, designing an event poster (you don’t even have to get it printed with us!), or even laying out a presentation, we’re happy to help. STAMPS

Order your stamps with us! Although our supplier has recently changed, we are still able to fulfill multiple sizes and colour ink pads. We outsource to a local business and will handle all ordering and requests. Pay easily at our office or over the phone (or receive an invoice if you have an active business account).
